Sabse pehle amla ko acche se wash kar lenge ab ek pan lenge aur isme 2 spoon jeera,2 spoon rai,1 spoon saunf ,1/2 spoon methi ko 1-2 minute ke liye roast karke masalo ko coarsely grind kar lenge. Ab amla ko small pieces me cut kar lenge then ek kadhai me 1 cup mustard oil add karenge aur isme amla pices ko add karke 15-20 minute ke liye cook karenge jab tak amla soft na ho jaye .jab amla soft ho jayega then isme grind kiye hue masale ,2 spoon salt,1spoon red chilli powder,2 spoon haldi mix kar denge.instant amla pickle is ready.
